Return/Exchange Policy

As of December 1st 2007 our store policy has changed. Products ordered through our online store on Slingzilla.com and Metrominis.com and purchases at our retail location on 75th Park Ave have the following exchange policy.
We will accept returned products within 15 days of the purchase date as long as the product is in its original saleable condition and the packaging is un-damaged and like-new. We will refuse any items that have acquired a scent, are soiled or have been washed. If we determine that the item returned is not in like-new condition we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee.If you wish to return an item please contact us for a Return Authorization number which must appear on the outside of the returned package. You must return the item via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance if the item was originally shipped to you insured. You are responsible for paying all return shipping charges. We will issue you a store credit of the purchase price minus all shipping costs incurred by us even if you received free shipping on your original order.
Please make sure you understand that we only offering store credit for items that were returned as of December 1st. Thanks.

We will not sell, exchange or disclose any information received from you unless required by law. Any information you provide to us is solely to process your order.




Shipping Policy

We are currently shipping our items with United States Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. The average delivery time is 2 to 3 days from the time the item is shipped.
We ship packages Tuesdays through Fridays so orders received between Friday 11 AM to Tuesday 9 AM will go out on Tuesday by 11 AM.
About Priority Mail: We mail with signature confirmation if the signature confirmation says it was delivered to your place we are not responsible for any refunds on our part. Also 2 to 3 days is only an estimate and not guaranteed. If you need guaranteed service we recommend to upgrade to Express Mail. We issue no refunds for any packages that are still in the mailing system and not considered lost.
Priority Mail sometimes can take one week from NYC.

Drop Ship Policy

We are drop-shipping a variety of products. None of this products is covered by our exchange/return policy unless they are faulty or broken by arrival. No exceptions can be made! Dropship items are label with Drop Ship in the description.
